Alem-Tsehai Morgan, a Production Coordinator and Video Producer with nearly a decade of experience bringing film, television, and music projects to life. Known for my sharp instincts, organisation, and calm, solution-driven energy that keeps sets grounded and efficient. Her career began at FareyeFilms, advancing from Administrative Assistant to Production Coordinator, & has since coordinated on major international productions for studios like Paramount, Hulu, and Netflix, including No Time to Die, Black Cake, and the Bob Marley biopic. I've also collaborated with global brands like Burberry and music videos for top artists including Sean Paul, Beres Hammond, and Damian Marley. She thrives at the intersection of creativity and execution, managing crews, logistics, and locations to deliver polished results. I value collaboration and creating supportive, well-run sets where every department can shine.

Brian-Ray Moore, a multifaceted production professional specializing in Production Management, Locations Management, and Assistant Directing. Known on set as "the man with the numbers," He brings a unique blend of analytical precision and logistical mastery to every project. His core mission is to provide the financial clarity and operational framework that allows creativity to thrive without constraint. His Expertise spans the entire production lifecycle—from initial budgeting and scheduling as a Production Manager, to securing and managing the perfect environment as a Locations Manager, to maintaining on-set momentum and safety as an Assistant Director. This comprehensive skill set allows him to anticipate challenges, optimise resources, and ensure every shoot stays on track, on budget, and on vision. When he is not on a call sheet, you’ll find me embracing my passion for the outdoors and a good adventure. This spirit directly fuels my work; He thrives in dynamic environments and bring a calm, adaptable, and solution-oriented energy to the unique challenges of filming on location. Garrett VanDusen’s career has nearly amounted to two decades in the entertainment space. With his beginnings as an international concert buyer, promoter and tour manager, Garrett moved his sights into film and television in 2015. Garrett has worked his way to the role of Production and Location Manager, to now his current role as Executive Producer and Producing partner with Big Picture Content. His network is as extensive as his professionalism, and his work ethic has earned him both the trust as well as the respect of his peers in the film industry. Mr. VanDusen’s extensive experience with film budgets, ability to crew up, + location scouting, casting and infrastructure, makes him the ideal Producer / Production Manager. As a young BIPOC Producer - Garrett's objective is to highlight stories that are lacking in our communities worldwide, while aiming for inclusivity, as well as representation for those behind and in front of the camera.
